Temporary Athletic Coach

This is an applicant pool for individuals interested in part-time temporary coaching positions at CSM, either as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. CSM athletic teams compete in the MDJUCO Conference and in NJCAA Region XX. Some of the areas include Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Tennis, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball and Golf

The Head Coach is responsible for recruitment of players, supervision of practices and intercollegiate games, monitoring academic performance, overseeing the compiling of team statistics as required by MDJUCO and the NJCAA, and compliance with the rules and regulations of the governing athletic associations.

Assistant Coaches assist with all or some of the above duties at the discretion of the head coach.

• High School diploma
• Experience coaching in the area of interest. Experience coaching at the college level is preferred.

Salary varies depending on sport and level of responsibility.
