Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides on a weekly basis to ETS participants at target middle and high schools, to include administering and interpreting educational and career assessments, facilitating career and college exploration, learning style assessments, middle to high school transition and engaging participants with technology-based guidance Plan, organize, implement, and assess daily activities provided to enhance participants' academic development
• Assists with the recruitment, selection, orientation, an needs assessments of new project participants
• Assists with development and implementation of standard Syllabus of Middle and High School Services, and ensures the development of updating of technology based lessons and website 
• Documents provisions of services to participants, and track academic progress each nine weeks and sends out incentive certificates based on academic performance
• Establish appropriate liaisons with local schools, community and units/departments within the university
• Maintains regular contact with instructors or school counselors regarding participant needs and progress and perform other duties as assigned 
• Assists student in developing curriculum and college career plans
• Maintains involvement in the affairs, and organizations (in the students local community) which have an impact on students' lives
• Perform other as assigned
